A | (ECNS)--Yunnan Province exported 1,857.1 metric tons of edible fungi to 26 countries and regions, including Japan, Germany and Vietnam, in the first seven months of this year, up 24.7% year on year, according to Kunming Customs. Located in southwest China, Yunnan is rich in wild mushroom resources, thanks to its favorable climate and diverse natural environment. The industry has become an important source of income for local communities. The matsutake sector alone benefits more than 20,000 households, providing each family with an additional annual income of 30,000 to 50,000 yuan (about $4,150 to $6,920). Guo Jinyun, general manager of Bowen Food Co., Ltd. in Shangri-La, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, said the company has expanded into higher-value, deep-processed mushroom products. Local customs authorities have also introduced measures to strengthen quality control and speed up customs clearance, including a dedicated green channel and 24/7 appointment-based inspection services. Yang Xiao from Shangri-La Customs said customs officers regularly provide one-on-one guidance to local farmers on tariff reductions, certificate applications and other relevant policies. 。 新华社北京4月25日电（记者李延霞）国家金融监督管理总局25日对外发布《关于推动绿色保险高质量发展的指导意见》，从加强重点领域绿色保险保障、加强保险资金绿色投资支持等方面提出明确要求。 金融监管总局有关司局负责人表示，绿色保险作为绿色金融的重要组成部分，可以充分发挥损失补偿、风险减量、资金引导的作用，助力经济社会全面绿色转型。 意见明确了绿色保险高质量发展的主要目标，到2030年，绿色保险发展取得重要进展，服务体系基本健全，成为助力经济社会全面绿色转型的重要金融手段，绿色保险风险保障水平和保险资金绿色投资规模明显提升，社会各界对绿色保险的满意度、认可度明显提升，绿色保险发展市场影响力显著增强。 在加强重点领域绿色保险保障方面，意见明确提升社会应对气候变化能力、保障绿色低碳科技创新、支持绿色低碳全民行动等重点工作任务。意见要求，加快发展气候保险，加大对气候投融资试点地方的风险保障力度；持续推进绿色装备、材料以及软件等相关科技保险创新，为技术研发、设备制造、使用运维等各环节提供风险保障；积极为新能源汽车、电动自行车、共享单车等提供保险保障等。 在加强保险资金绿色投资支持方面，意见要求，充分发挥保险资金长期投资优势，在风险可控、商业可持续的前提下，加大绿色债券配置，提高绿色产业投资力度；探索建立绿色投资业绩评价和考核体系，优化激励和约束机制，加大对绿色投资的内部资源投入等。 在加强绿色保险经营管理能力支撑方面，意见聚焦保险机构，从强化主体责任、加大资源投入、提升风控能力、健全服务体系等方面提出要求，确保绿色保险业务持续有效开展。
